Coronavirus: Delivery Update
In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers.
Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.

Dispatch Times
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving on orders placed before 3:00pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed the following working day.
Please note this excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
Some of our items are personalised or handmade and as such there may be a slight delay in dispatching these items.
Delivery
We use a variety of carriers to get your items to you as quickly and safely as possible.
We currently charge a £2.95 (1 to 2 business days) delivery fee. This fee includes costs for postage & packaging.

Most items are received with 48 hours of dispatch but please allow 7 working days for delivery.
Currently we only ship to the UK.
Returns & Refunds
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, or you wish to return the item, then no problem.
We offer a 30-day return policy.

Please include your order number (can be found on your order confirmation email or in the orders section of your account) along with the reason you are requesting the return.
We are unable to accept unwanted orders that are returned outside of the 30-days.
Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item(s).
Please note, some products are excluded from our 30-day return policy such as food, perishable items, personalised products. These products cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.
